PURSUANT TO K.S.A. 74-148 AND 74-139 MAY BE PROVIDED
TO THE KANSAS DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, UPON REQUEST, OR
MAY BE USED FOR CHILD SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT PURPOSES.
NOTE: KANSAS IS A TWO-TIERED
STATE. YOU MUST OBTAIN A CPA CERTIFICATE BEFORE
YOU CAN APPLY FOR A PERMIT TO PRACTICE. THE CERTIFICATE
ALLOW YOU TO PRACTICE OR HOLD OUT AS A CPA.

be submitted to obtain a Kansas Permit to Practice.
(Note: If you are applying for a certificate and a permit
at the same time, your permit fee will be $150.00. If
you already have a Kansas CPA certificate, please contact
the Board office to determine the Permit fee.)
